Description: Another trip from www.SingleWithKids.co.uk
A popular weekend, this will be our third visit to this lovely campsite, near the shores of Lake Ullswater. Great facilities - the site has a good adventure playground, a gift shop, bar and restaurant and lovely warm showers.
We have our own field on the site with space for 50 tents....and still space spare for the kids to run around like mad things. Fantastic scenery, there's nothing like sitting around the campfire surrounded by hills and lakes!
A cheap weekend, but always a fun one.

PICNIC at KITE FESTIVAL WITH SPIN |

Description: Every year there is a free kite festival in Stanmer Park in Brighton and every year SPIN have a picnic there - this year it will be at lunchtime on the sunday and single parents (sole or shared care) and their children are most welcome to join us and make new friends. If you are not already a member of SPIN please email viki@spinbrighton.org who can tell you more about the event and also sign you up for free as a member to receive regular information and free tickets to shows etc They have make a kite workshops for the children and cheap to very expensive kites to buy plus refreshments etc If the weather is warm and blowy it is a lovely relaxing way to spend the day!!!
